Dr. Megan Dunbar is an expert consultant in the areas of research, policy advocacy, program evaluation, in particular for initiatives that aim to promote access to HIV prevention and treatment for key affected populations with a special emphasis on ARV-based prevention technologies. From April 2010 through March 2016, Dr. Dunbar was Chief Programs Officer at Pangaea Global AIDS. During much of that time, Dr. Dunbar was resident in Harare, Zimbabwe where she worked to establish Pangaea Zimbabwe AIDS Trust which partners with the Ministry of Health and Child Care, civil society, and research groups, to expand access to HIV services for underserved communities in Zimbabwe.Â
